Individual Notarizations
Most notarizations are $15.00 per signature and comply with the fees regulated by the State.  In addition to the notarization fee there is a travel fee. Fees are based on how many signatures require notarization, the type of notarization along with the area traveling to. I am available 24/7; mentioned fees are based on appointments made Mon - Sun 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and can vary for after hour, last minute. Cash & cheque only.
 

Loan Signing Services
My normal travel is 45 miles. Fee is negotiable at time of booking. Once the signing is agreed upon, a work order via email is required confirming fee, borrower info, how and when documents are to be returned, along with any special requests such as color of ink, ID and/or bill copies, etc.
